An MBA graduate in management and finance at Fordham University, Jude Donato is the president of Lockton Companies. An ardent athlete and Ironman finisher, Jude Donato is a member of various clubs, including the New York Athletic Club (NYAC).

Founded in 1868, NYAC aims to bring structure to amateur sports. Regarded as the most famous club in the world, NYAC represents wrestling, water polo, rowing, fencing, judo, and track and field. Due to the long history and direct involvement with the community, the club has also become part of the New York culture. It regularly hosts banquets, weddings, and receptions and plays host to world leaders in business, politics, and arts. The dining room and 187 overnight guest rooms are the primary hosting area.

However, the main purpose and focus remain supporting athletes at the highest levels of Olympic competitions. The club provides these services to members who seek fitness at its two locations in the Manhattan City House and Travers island in Winchester County. One of the most notable and straightforward support for athletes is the Athletes Fund.

It finances the athletes, especially during the Olympic years. The fund also benefits athletic and sports organizations such as the Special Olympics of Connecticut, inner-city kids baseball, the Achilles Track Club, and the Police Athletic League. Since its inception over 21 years ago, the fund has distributed over $1.9 million to deserving organizations.
